Terms

InstaSpin Terms and Conditions

The agreement between you and InstaSpin in plain English. Please read them before registering.

Clear

No hidden small print; all the important rules are in one place.

One account

Strictly personal, non-transferable, and for those aged 24 and over only.

Fair bonus

Wagering requirements and exclusions known upfront. No surprises afterwards.

Disputes

First internally, then independent dispute resolution via the licence holder.

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website instaspin.live and all associated services. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. InstaSpin reserves the right to amend the terms unilaterally, with notification via your account dashboard. The current version is dated 8 May 2026.

2. Eligibility and registration

You must be at least 24 years old and legally permitted to participate in gambling in your jurisdiction. You register with your correct name, date of birth, and address. Where there is doubt, we may ask for a valid identity document and a recent proof of address. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of your account without payment of any winnings.

One person may only hold one account. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, all except the original account will be closed and winnings from duplicates will be forfeited. Persons who have registered with GamStop or a similar self-exclusion register are not welcome.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited immediately to your playing balance. The minimum deposit is €10; the maximum deposit depends on the chosen payment method. InstaSpin accepts Trustly, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, and common cryptocurrencies. Deposits can only be made via source accounts in your own name.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after verification. The maximum withdrawal per transaction is €10,000 and per month €25,000. VIP members can request higher limits. Larger withdrawals are subject to further KYC checks in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering legislation.

4. Bonuses

Bonuses are offered under specific conditions. Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, validity period, and list of eligible games. During wagering, a maximum bet of €5 per spin or round applies. Exceeding this results in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings. Stacking bonuses is not permitted; complete the wagering requirement before activating a new one.

InstaSpin reserves the right to withdraw bonuses where misuse is suspected. Misuse includes low-variance wagering, switching between low and high bets immediately after the bonus is released, and operating from networks that appear on blacklists.

5. Fair play

All offered games run on tested random number generator software from recognised studios. Results are final and cannot be reversed. In the event of technical malfunctions that affect the game, the stake will be refunded and the round declared void. InstaSpin is not liable for losses arising from disruptions to the player's internet connection.

6. Inactive accounts

An account that has not been used for more than twelve months is classified as inactive. We will send you a reminder in that case. If you do not respond within 30 days, the balance will be transferred to the last known account number and the account closed. For accounts under €5, the amount will not be paid out due to transaction costs.

7. Responsible gambling

InstaSpin offers responsible gambling tools directly in your account settings. Players are encouraged to set limits in advance and take regular breaks. Where signs of problematic gambling behaviour are detected, we may unilaterally impose account restrictions or closure in your interest. Read our Responsible Gambling page for more information. GamCare helpline: 0808 8020 133.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to this processing. For cookie-related processing, please refer to the Cookie Policy.

9. Disputes

If you have a complaint, please first contact our customer service at support@instaspin.live. We aim to resolve matters within five working days. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may escalate to the dispute resolution service of our licence holder. In all cases, please keep your communications and transaction history.

10. Liability

InstaSpin endeavours to keep the site continuously available but gives no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Liability for indirect losses is excluded. Our total liability is limited to the amount of deposits you have made in the six months preceding the incident.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of the licence holder. Disputes are dealt with in the first instance by the licensing authority, then by the competent court. For questions, please refer to our Contact page.

Putting the terms to practical use

Terms and conditions are not legal decoration. They decide when a withdrawal is released, when a bonus can be cancelled and what happens during a dispute. Read the sections on payouts, bonus wagering and limits carefully. Players who know these passages can intervene before a small misunderstanding turns into a stuck balance and can answer support questions with concrete clauses rather than guesswork.

Save the version that applied when you registered. Operators may amend their terms, but they must give reasonable notice. If something material changes against your interest, you usually have the right to close the account and request the balance without penalty. An archived PDF or screenshot is the most reliable evidence if a later disagreement reaches an alternative dispute resolution body.

Responsibilities on both sides

Operators must communicate clearly about deposit limits, KYC and verification. You in turn must enter accurate details, upload identity documents promptly and avoid opening duplicate accounts. Breaching these basics can lead to withheld winnings. That is not arbitrary; it follows from strict anti money laundering rules that every licensed casino has to enforce regardless of how loyal a customer has been.

Most disputes start during identity checks. Have your passport, a recent utility bill and a proof of payment method ready. Upload them at high resolution. A blurred scan can cost days. Players who submit a clean set typically see the first withdrawal processed within 24 to 72 hours and rarely face follow up requests for additional paperwork later on.

When to escalate

If a dispute stalls, file a written complaint through the operator's formal channel first. Most brands have an internal escalation route that responds within five working days. When that fails, the alternative dispute resolution body named in the licence will review the case. Keep a tidy log of every contact, including timestamps and the names of agents, so an arbitrator can rebuild the timeline at a glance.
